Kristen responds to a question from Hannah Simmons on the government's recent first home buyer guarantee schemes. She says she doesn't think there will be any massive changes in terms of who can qualify for them. The key part is if we can now come in with a friend or family member or whoever that's an adult earning money are we able to handle the mortgage and do we want to go in to buying something with someone else that's not our partner isn't it?
