On june second, richard is in a hearing regarding the sexual assault case when three spokan police officers enter the court room and p s him under arrest for ruby's murder. The next day, he is officially charged with first degree murder. Just after richard a garry's arrest, homicide investigators are conducting a search of his property. And during that search, they seize selphones and computers. There on richard's phone are thousands of sexually explicit photos and videos that he had taken with both men and women.
