The Importance of Charity

In the past religion served as a unifying influence that gave community something to rally behind. Now we can no longer afford the toxic waste that comes with it. Instead of being a source of unification it's only a source of division. We must from time to time come in and really focus on ways to help others. After the May 20th, 2013, tornado rabbits the city of Moore we saw people looking at the sky and crying out to God and praying for blessings and protection long after the EF5 twister barreled through the city. To see these people looking up when they quite frankly should be looking toward each other, human solutions to human problems,. well rather than bitch and moan
