How to Find Product Market Fit
I was listening to a podcast once that was saying once you found product market fit, everything will be on fire. So you got to pick and choose which fires to put out. I don't want us putting out fires that are not the highest priority fires even if we can because I don't think it's sustainable. That's what you do as a CEO. You just got to make the hard decisions and allocate resources. The biggest thing is probably your job and the fact that you go to work every day and earn a comfortable salary.
