A weekly work plan is a sequence of activities that are coordinated and committed to by the trade partners. It's not a wish list it's an actual plan that the trades and the superintendents came up with. As these tasks are completed you will mark them complete or not complete. If they're not complete you will find out the root cause, which goes towards your overall percent plan complete score.
