How Can I Retire Early?

I was like, men, i just don't want to work to death. And so i said, well, how can i retire from my current job? Because i do get a pension,. hopefullyl till be there whn i retire, but i will get a pension, but  how can i supplement the rest of that? You know, i don’t want to work till i'm 60 or 65 to max out my pension. Like, how can I retire early? So just thinking about, this is a tangible thing i can own. This is the money it's going to generate over the long term. It really changed my understanding of how money works.
