Molecular Imaging of RNA and RNA Localization
In the early 2000s, there were so many things happening in terms of imaging and microscopy. I started to work on nuclear organization and imaging of transcription not in a cytoplasmile but more in different other similar models. And especially using approaches like a single molecule of fish, which we had developed in my PhD lab and I guess it's used everywhere now to be able to image RNA. That period of time was super exciting for trying to image RNA and understanding transcription, um, understanding nuclear architecture.
