If you know about material, non-public info... Right. Which is very relevant to an SEC investigation. If they can set a precedent that you have to report, or in some form or fashion, I'm not debating that at the moment. There's all sorts of precedents that could come out of this that could spread to non-public companies and even government regulations. We might be mandated reporters for breaches,. as in if you do not report it immediately within 12 hours, 24 hours, whatever, it's something above this threshold ... You could be held civilly or criminally liable.
