A lot of people refer to flow as kind of highly enjoyable but I think some of the people appointed out that if you reflect on being in a flow state you're no longer in it so it's almost like you can only kind of know that you were in a flowState afterwards. Usually I know it's time to come out of those types of states either one of two things I'm hungry or I need to use the bathroom it's really because otherwise when you're in that moment you don't know.
