What's the Point of Animation?

Raymond: Why did you feel so strongly about the animation aspect of it, and feeling that that would translate in a way that ispw just as powerful as if you were to look at something that was shot through a cameralans? Raymond: Part of it was, i want to keep growing as an artist. And i thought animation could help the viewers be connected to the wolf family. I wanted people to feel what it's like to be this family, to be connected and then destroyed.
