Housing and the Price of Milk
When you build houses, there are byproducts from the actual building of houses. Farmers actually purchase and use that sawdust to keep their cows comfortable so they can produce more milk. Back in 2008 with all the madness of housing back then, the price of milk actually had shot up when housing production plummeted. And I just think that's fascinating. You'd never think about that.
