Is It a Virus or a Mutation?
Almost the entire data set, like, is basically found only in two patients. And so that's this sort of overlap between what's happening and any single infection um, to what's out there in the population. So they do some simple counts and find that among the isnivs, like roughly five thousand of them are non synonymous, and 15 hundred are synonymous or silent. These might be mutations that evade immune recognition, for example.
