Audit committee chair should ask audit leadership and risk leadership just and risk leadership to bring back. The 90% of the effort is how does the company plan, make decisions, invest, make choices and assess performance. Assess performance based on a number of incidents or tons of product produced without adjusting it for the risk. And finally, the performance is that risk adjusted. Are we saying that we've done well after we've taken into account the increased to decreased risk exposure.
