Mike Pence's grandfather was an immigrant to the U.S. from South Africa. He has a personal connection to immigration, says Michael Wolraich. In 2006, President Bush was pushing for Republicans to tackle the issue of immigration. "He's trying to wrestle with how can we give them a path to citizenship?" Wolraich asks.
