The EPA's Cover-Up of the Groom Lake Base

The judge could find nothing to convict the agencies behind Area 51, citing that any lawsuit against the base would jeopardize national security. What came out of this case was the executive order to prevent publicized results from the EPA about the Groom Lake base. This legislation was not a one-time thing which President Clinton drafted and signed in September of 1995, but rather is something the President of the United States has to reissue every single year. Not just every president, every president four times in their term. So whatever that EPA test is revealing, the government clearly doesn't want it to get out.
