Rachel also disappeared around the same time as Keys' alleged rape of the Deschutes girl. And if his family was traveling between Oregon and New England via Route 30, this could have put Keys within 200 miles of Richmond. There are significantly more and stronger links between her disappearance and Keys' known ammo and geography.
