Jane: I would encourage your audience members just to think of moments in their everyday lives where they've found that moment of levity and joy. Think about what that willet felt like for them and the people with whom they work and play with. And try and find really thoughtful moments within the product to bring that into their experience, because i do believe that their users will find joy and appreciate it.
