This week, I wanted to dissect their views on mindset in sport. An athlete's performance in CrossFit, Powerlifting, Endurance Racing and many pursuits is heavily mediated by their mental game, but can you teach it? Or is mental toughness an innate skill you either have or you don't?

As usual we got distracted and wildly careered off-topic. Expect to hear some very contrasting views on mindset for sports, their frank & honest feedback after the 2018 CrossFit Regionals, and what their opinions are on Adam Collard's performance on Love Island.
