Brand Strategy Is the First Thing That I Sell
The word strategy feels like a nice to have, probably because they don't quite understand what it is. Strategy is essentially just showing somebody, hey, this is where you are. That's where you want to go, and here's what i think you should do to get there. This is the strategy that i am telling you to get from a to b. That's what strategy is. So the lead product and my brand shrink is basically strategy, without using the word strategy. And it is the first thing that i sell, and it is the thing that i teach everybody who wants to build a no b s agency to do also.
