"Sprinting is great for you because you got to look at the hormonal response of a sprint versus long distance cardio, it's completely different," he says. "When we do sprints, we're mimicking how we used to feed ourselves ... so if that's if you want to kill a bison and you do 100 meters sprint to throw them at a javelin or a spare, that makes sense."
