The Role of Culture in the Ritz Carlton Experience
When the US economy went to bed and we had the recessionary years, the most successful brand within the Marriott portfolio was the Ritz Carlton. Those well stories, and especially the one with the young boy in the wheelchair, it makes me think about how so many people will respond to a situation. Life for sure, time is limited. You might as well live your life collecting memories that will stay with you and stories that you can pass along. The Ritz Carlton does it beautifully.
