It's basically, the transients are the only things that are hitting that ceiling. They're just hitting a ceiling literally being shaved off. But this isn't a process where a lot of other shaving off and flattening out has happened. It's part of a cumulative process. Clipping a converter is yet another form of that exercise indeed.
