Is There a Bedlam and Lawlessness?

Rev. Al Sharpton: A guy or a lady stealing a louis paton bag is not somebody that needs social uplifting. This has nothing to do with poverty. These are people that can go back in the neighborhoods, and they can just fit in. It's kind of like when we talk about letting homeless people sleep on grates in 15 degree weather. At another level, they hurt us that are trying to get a break in the criminal justice system.
