Back in the day I would have just kept receiving feedback from people and then increasing the size of my site. That mindset is not exactly optimal for today, is it? It's more of the, it's an older way of thinking. But what we're at now is basically this individual, highly personalized, very kind of reactive cause and effect method of persuading somebody to do something. We can still do that at scale, doing that through automation, doing it through in a way that doesn't involve an individual salesperson.
