Nikki Haley's Speech at West Point

The vice president was in Washington during the debt ceiling debate. She could have gotten credit for her work on it, but she's now too deeply embedded to do so. Nikki Haley said yesterday that she's not running against Joe Biden because of Kamala Harris. That's an interesting tact. The math has shown Donald Trump has no chance of winning in November of 2020. He won't even win Georgia. No one is undecided about the former president.
