Human error is a part of police job it's part of every job and I agree with you Lance it shouldn't be part of law enforcement's job but that is just human nature. People unconsciously kind of make these cognitive shortcuts to make sense of things even if it's not the most reflective of reality. You find a car on the side of the road though your law enforcement you've seen it before kids run into the woods they run off, people who have been in their car for a night so they don't get a DUI. That's the most likely scenario for a car that's left on the sides of the road. We need to throw that right out because you don't look at
