The Problem With Trading Cryptocurrencies
If there's no defined set of rules, there will always be a person saying, I was misled. securities are much more complicated than commodities in that regard. The moral high ground here would be to say, why can't Apple issue an Apple token or an share of Apple stock? And why don't I as an Apple shareholder have the right to take custody of it? If you start from that point of view, then you actually get the debate to be on a more politically sound basis and maybe you make some progress.
