How Do You Build Pathways in Your Brain?

Habits aren't enough, though, without foundations. One of the habits i talk about is what i call being intentional in the morning. So you get up in the morning and you are intentional about two kinds of things. And over time, as you do this ingramentally, slowly but surely, every morningyou start to remember it during the day. You build pathways in time. Science tells us 30 days to six months, depending on how new it is,. But over time, it become normal and natural. It's just the new you that you've begun to create.
