The Supreme Court's Decision on Twitter
The Supreme Court ruled that social media sites can't be held accountable under the Anti-terrorism Act. The ruling was narrow and focused on Twitter, not Google or Facebook as some had feared. CNN's John Defterios says he is conflicted by the decision because it sounds like a carte blanche type of ruling. He also points out how hard it is to monitor content on these huge platforms.
