How to Overcome Complexity in Your Business
I think one of the things that just strikes me and I'm not necessarily great at it, but do less than your competitors to beat them. My general feeling is that most people don't need a lot of stuff when it comes to software. People come to base camp because they want a simple tool that works. They've tried many things that have made many promises that don't work or too complicated, too complex. It's our job as the people who make the product to build something on behalf of the entire customer base rather than build things for individual customers.
