When food becomes a fixation, which by the way is only heightened in a fat phobic world. Like you would not be this fixated on not eating food if eating food was not a big deal. And it is because you are you your body wants to eat and also because you are constantly thinking about avoiding it. Well, and I feel like the thing too that's that's part of this frame is like it's both reinforcing the kind of medical standard of like the only healthy body is a body between this range and this range of BMI. That's the body that gets health care.
