Are There Limits to Free Speech?

There are interesting questions on whether or not there should be limits to any one of these rights, especially free speech. I believe there isn't distinction between explaining how to do something and telling someone to do it. Threatening someone with action doesn't actually that action, and they can respond to you. And when you do that, you start to infringe upon free speech. The left will come out and say that hate speech is violence and it's enough people to agree that a judge jus don't really care about the law. What matters is cultural enforcement.
