The Sub-Dub Concept - What's the Secret Sauce?

The real secret sauce here is finding a very limited use case in which you deploy it so that it's relatively easy to develop the technology. Examples of this are LTL terminals or truckload carrier terminals that have a tremendous amount of volume in major markets like LA or Dallas. And then one of the interesting examples of this that people don't often think about a lot are these DHL campuses, right? So yeah, exactly. We've appreciated the perspective and kind of like where the rubber reads the road metaphorically here. Quite literally when we're testing this, I remember we had a conversation a while back on the DHL's, the campuses and how operationally autonomous trucks fit in.
