I'm Running Like I Can't Start Fast.

I think that you have to develop that listening capability in your body knowing what feels good and what doesn't feel good. For me right now, I spend the most amount of my miles very easy, slower than eight minutes. It's all about adaptation over time. So for me, threshold pace is like 515 to 525. If it's shorter, it squeezes down a little bit tighter but also we look at this like blocks with our training.
