The Importance of Healthy Leadership

The future is the Lord's discipleship is hard. The best leaders are humble. If following Jesus never feels like dying to self, if it never feels costly, then I can I gently invite you to consider that maybe you're not really following the real Jesus. But you're following one that you've made in your own image. To follow this Jesus is to take up your cross. Jen Pollack-Michel puts it this way towards the end.
