Are They Going to Be Regrouped and Resupplied?

He is, we are told by military experts, that he is headed now back towards the dombas. He would like to capture that which he already partly has, i think, about 30 % of it. There's been a war or conflict there. It has claimed 15, 16 thousand lives since 20 14. Now that they have apparently been driven away from kive, they are regrouping and heading east.
