Tucker Carlson: Nikki Haley sounded out of touch with what we're truly facing today. She didn't get a chance to talk about foreign policy, which is the one thing I would have wanted her to talk about. The suicide rate has jumped. Public filth and disorder and crime have exponentially increased.
