In an expensive market like a tipi, we're loking for 12 % cash on cash return. But in a market like new york, im you might have to settle for the fact that the money that's coming out of my pocket is less than what i'm paying in rent. So these are some of the keys been willing to invest. From a distance, i'm re evaluating the numbers and comparing it to how expensive rent is. Unless you change something, rent is going to continue to be there.
