Pills are smuggled in by the thousands, stashed away in gas tanks and tires. They're then passed off as less lethal drugs, like Adderall. Fentanyl killed more than 72,000 Americans last year. DEA Administrator Anne Milgram: "We've shifted to target the entire network"
