I don't really subscribe to this kind of players. I think that young boys doing this, then they're going because they've seen players at the premier level doing it. And we do hear a lot of issues around grassroots referees being threatened by physically and verbally. There's also going to be players at academy level are going to be sent on refereeing courses and stuff as well. That's up there with YTS at the top. It was really bad back in the day. Then it went away for a bit. And now it's come back again."
