Aren't Experts Sources of Authority?

M, i actually think that hearing, am sort of a expert opinion, public health experts, m epidemiologists talk about this can be counter productive for that group. They feel like they're being pushed, they feel like experts a perceives themselves as sources of authority. So with that group that a, you know, kind of has their back up, it might not even make sense to try to have the conversation at all.
