There's no way to escape tax on these schemes. It may be that the irish and australians have agreed that when you draw the money out, we'll take it out. But sometimes a country will impose a withholding tax. Now they're not se countries. Hate asking everyone to file foreign tax returns,. but they can just chop the money as it leaves.
