Journaling Can Be a Therapy for Anxiety

If you can't find a therapist, journalling would be a very good way to kind of keep yourself balanced. There's research that pen and paper is more therapeutic than a alatop or wite writing on a screen. When you have the words on the page and you can shake them and move them around, there's something concrete you are dealing with. And in doing that, it definitely changes. Something happens where it changes and it becomes less intense.
