If you have evidence, swear out a warrant. You could just be an irresponsible person and putting too much on your credit card, even though you can't really afford it. That's not a reason for investigation. But that's a reason now for investigation. They they suspect you if you buy a gun that they don't think you can afford, they suspect you of buying that gun for someone else - which would be illegal. I believe they're trying everything they possibly can in my opinion to take farms out of people's hands but also close down all of the small mom and pop operations they can because they don't have the manpower.
