How to Be Ahead of the Competition in a Competitive Market

Mike: My best piece of advice is to work with either a designer or a company to get those trade discounts. We're really fortunate that we're able to pass on, you know, 10 to 15% with certain vendors and then up to 30% with other vendors. So our clients never pay full price. Some designers absorb the difference and they pocket that. But there's also, if you're not working with a designer, there's Minoan. There's host GP. There's a lot of other companies out there where you can take advantage of their discounts.
