The industry does need a little bit more regulation around it. Buyer's agent, buyer's advocate, same thing. There are some minimum sort of standards to make sure you're getting a good standard. The real estate certificate gives you next to nothing in the terms of knowledge to become a buyer's agent. I would encourage getting a mortgage-broken certificate just to understand the finances structure as well. But that's the dangerous thing about any industry when you can go and get a Certificate in eight weeks and charge 70 an hour. That presents issues now for me but down the track we'll see changes.
