The Importance of Vocational Training in the United States

Sami Bihailov: We're living through a white collar industrial revolution. When it was a blue collar revolution, people were like, ah, this doesn't really affect me. I'm a knowledge worker. You know, my job is secure. But we're live through a different type of industrial revolution right now where folks that thought that AI would replace quote unquote manual labor are now saying no. And in fact, you know, I'm encouraging my kids to look at roles that can't be automated.
