A black man who was fatally shot by minneapolis police as they executed a search warrant in a hom investigation. Was wrapped in a blanket on a couch when swat officers entered the apartment and displayed a hand gun, as they shouted at him to show his hands. His family says he had a concealed carry license. He was minding his own business, sleeping on a couch. The cops kick the couch, he sits up, he never brandishes or points the weapon. They kill him. And it means there should not be no knock warrants.
