23 has been a very important number within magical circles for especially the last couple hundred years. Jim Carrey movie where he sees 23 all the time this is a sort of paranoia because there are instances of people that begin to practice magic and then start to see the numbers 23 everywhere. i'm very happy that i can play a humble part in this noble endeavor and i don't believe with modern surveillance techniques that's much more true than ever.
