ITC Hotels Division's EBITDA Catch-Up
ITC generates average room rate of close to 7,000, 8,000 bucks across the chain. The total is generating an ARR of 18,000 rupees at this instance of time. Taj was nearly, IHCL was nearly a thousand crores and we were only less than 2,300 crores. So similarly, in subsequent years, ITC, the hotel division is only underperformed compared to the peers. We are not matching in growth that we are doing, nor are we matching in the EBITDA catch-up," he said.
